Proposal Preparation
Depending upon your needs, CRC Technologies personnel can:
-prepare a proposal on a turn-key basis
-provide the proposal manager and volume captains to oversee and
coordinate proposal preparation activities
-support proposal preparation activities by preparing one or more
proposal sections and providing input to other sections
Our preference is to begin working with during the strategic planning phase and then work with your personnel to manage and support the proposal process. Using this approach, CRC Technologies has maintaing an 80 percent win rate for our clients.
Training
In addition to preparing proposals, CRC Technologies offers training on each step of the process. While this training can be offered as a single service, the most cost effective method is to train while winning. Experience has shown that each proposal effort involves one or more personnel who are new to the process. Moreover, many of those who participated in past efforts are either serving in a different capacity or have forgotten some of the finer points associated with their proposal responsibilities. Thus, at the beginning of each proposal phase, CRC Technologies conducts training for all Proposal Team personnel. Newly trained skills are immediately practiced through preparation of a winning proposal. Training-through-proposal; your personnel have acquired the tools and skills necessary to create the next winning proposal.
