DICCE is part of the Second Line of Defense program to provide radiation detection systems for partner countries in order to deter, detect, and interdict illicit trafficking of nuclear and radiological materials. RCS will install radiation detection equipment and communication systems at land border crossings, seaports, and airports at more than 270 sites in 30 countries.
